To maintain hygiene, quality, and authenticity standards, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If your jewelry arrives damaged:

You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery via email at support@klyras.com.

Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Upon verification, we may issue a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
To qualify:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Klyras reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these conditions.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or sizing errors

Order Cancellations:
If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours of purchase, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers processing, packaging, and inventory allocation costs.
